Terms of Use & Membership Agreement

Welcome to Frederica Peterson Consulting, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website, enrolling in programs, or participating in membership offerings, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Use of Website

This website and its content are intended for informational and educational purposes. You agree to use this site lawfully and not for any unauthorized or harmful activity.

 

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

  • The CAPPP Advantage™ Framework

  • Inquisitive Leadership materials

  • Videos, tools, downloads, and written content

are the exclusive property of Frederica Peterson Consulting, LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

 

3. Membership & Program Terms

When enrolling in any membership or program:

  • You agree to all billing terms (subscription or one-time payment)

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Access is granted for personal use only

  • Unauthorized sharing of materials is prohibited

  • Payment is due at the time of enrollment and will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time; however, access will continue through the end of your current billing cycle. 

  • Coaching is delivered quarterly as part of your membership. Additional sessions may be scheduled at the preferred member rate of $350 per session.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel coaching sessions. Sessions not adjusted within this window will be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms.

 

4. Confidentiality & Community Standards

Participation in any group program, membership, or community (including Slack or live sessions) requires adherence to confidentiality:

  • All participant discussions are private and must not be shared externally

  • Members agree to engage respectfully and professionally

**A violation may result in removal without a refund.

 

5. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer

All content and services are for educational and professional development purposes only.

We do not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Medical or psychological services

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

 

6. Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, performance, or results. Success depends on individual effort, application, and external factors.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frederica Peterson Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in services.

 

8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, payment processors). We are not responsible for their performance, policies, or data practices.

 

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Coaching Philosophy & Ethical Standards (ICF-Aligned)

Coaching services provided by Frederica Peterson Consulting, LLC are grounded in the professional standards and ethical guidelines established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

By participating in coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking, and creative process designed to:

  • Support personal and professional growth

  • Enhance leadership effectiveness

  • Encourage self-discovery and forward movement

Coaching is not:

  • Therapy or psychological counseling

  • Legal, financial, or medical advice

  • Consulting that provides prescriptive solutions

 

Client Responsibility

You understand and agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being

  • You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results

  • The success of coaching depends on your engagement, openness, and application

 

Confidentiality (ICF-Aligned)

Your privacy is respected and protected in alignment with ICF ethical standards:

  • All coaching conversations are held in strict confidence

  • Information will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law

  • In group or cohort settings, confidentiality is a shared responsibility among participants

 

Professional Boundaries

As an ICF-credentialed coach (CPC, ACC), Frederica Peterson:

  • Maintains professional coaching boundaries at all times

  • Does not engage in relationships that could impair objectivity or professionalism

  • Reserves the right to refer clients to other professionals when appropriate

 

Ethical Practice

Coaching services adhere to the core principles of the ICF Code of Ethics, including:

Scope of Services
